Brian Horgan's enthusiasm for beautiful bread that not only looked good, but was also good for you, was the beginning of his journey into baking.  Initially just baking at home, the opportunity to use a commercial bakery came his way and he grabbed this and began his adventure with Grain Organic Bakery.

The bakery's main focus has developed into supplying most of Sydney's quality restaurants on the lower north shore, CBD and eastern suburbs. Also supplying to quality produce stores such as the Norton Street Grocer group as well as all Fratelli Fresh locations and David Jones Bondi and Market Street, Sydney.


The restaurants that we supply are: Bistro Moncur, Manta, Sails at Lavender Bay Cipri Italian, Coogee Pavillion, Buon Ricordo, Kingsleys, EST, Café Sopra Bridge St, Café Sopra Potts Point, Café Sopra Alexandria, Café Nice, Café Sopra Walsh Bay and all Fratelli locations, Onde, Felix, Palmer & Co, Palings, Republic, Tapavino,Lot 1,  Darley St Bistro Clovelly, Hotel CBD, Ash StreetCellars,Redfern Continental,Fish Shop, Parlamento, Hotel Pallisade, Miss Gs,  and Despana.

After numerous phone calls with diners from these restaurants we are delighted to inform you that we are opening new premises in the spring of 2015 that will be available for the public to come and experience our bakery and indulge themselves in many wonderful treats at the production bakery and retail café.
